2. The delivery date for pre-order miners depends on the factory’s schedule. The estimated delivery time will be indicated on the order page, but delays may occur. Shipping Services

1. Crypto Miner Center offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. We provide worldwide delivery (Customer & request Acceptable): UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, and Special Express lines (double-clear tax lines and door-to-door service for countries such as Thailand and Russia). In addition, you can also pick up your order yourself at our warehouses if you prefer.

2. Crypto Miner Center has three warehouses: Shenzhen warehouse, Hong Kong warehouse, and Moscow Warehouse. Our orders will be shipped from one of these three warehouses based on customers’ requirements.

3. For most areas, the liquid cooling equipment will be shipped to you via sea freight. Ports and receiving points in different regions will incur different shipping charges. 1. In some countries we have DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping, including the United States, Canada, Russia, Dubai, and some EU countries. If you need DDP shipping, contact online customer service. 2. We accept self-pick up your miners. Please confirm your arrival time and related information with us at least a day in advance.

Shipping Notice

For special shipping requests, please contact customer care. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact customer care promptly. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. Crypto Miner Center orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. Inspection and Sign

As Crypto Miner Center products are generally quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact customer care.

Once you (or someone else on your behalf) sign for the item, Crypto Miner Center will consider your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list.
